Return & exchange assistance
To initiate a domestic online return or exchange, please login through your account and go to your dashboard>orders>create return/exchange/cancel request for the order you can to return/exchange/cancel. include description of the issue and a photo. your request will be reviewed and accepted/rejected by the team based on the information provided.
If accepted the team will arrange a courier pickup for your items within 14 calendar days. if your location is not eligible for return pickup, you will have to courier the product/products back.

We will initiate an exchange or refund once we receive your return package and have checked that the products are intact.
please note that replacements/returns are not accepted if:
- the return request is made outside the specified time frame
- the product is on sale or part of any promotion

Domestic orders may be returned for any reason. online customer returns can be refunded to your card or for store credit. your items must be unused, unwashed and the labels as well as packaging intact.
10 days: exchange or store credit
5 days: full refund. you must put instant request within 48 hours of receipt and return it within 5days. if the domestic return is received within 5 days of purchase, we’ll refund to whatever payment method you used. Returns that arrive after 5 days but before 30 days will be refunded to store credit, or are eligible for an exchange.
